Mark & Melanie would like to comment on the service they were given by Lou Hanna.
They said Lou was “exceptional and full of knowledge”.
They said they were not pressured and left alone until they were ready to purchase and they would like Lou’s Manager to know that Lou is an asset to Peter Warren.
They said Lou was recommended to them and they have no regrets coming to Peter Warren to meet him.
Courtney commented that she found Michael Dipizio to be “amazing!” when buying the FG XR6.
Courtney went on to say that Michael’s customer service skills were ‘the best she has ever experienced’.
Marie's husband Michael stated that she would highly recommend Ashley at Peter Warren Ford!
She said she and her husband had been shopping around prior to coming to Peter Warren and the service received from Ashley was their reason for purchasing the new vehicle from Peter Warren.
Patricia commented that Pat is a ‘great salesperson!’.
She said he has a great sense of humour and knew what he was talking about.
Ian said the young mechanic who took a road test with him deserves a ‘huge pat on his back’ for his customer service level. He said he was ‘extremely efficient, he located the issue, explained why it happened and fixed it immediately’.
It was a breath of fresh air for him to deal with such a customer orientated department, not just from the front end staff, but also supported by a fantastic backstage crew!
Ian said he has already called our Ford Service Dept. to commend the young mechanic, but would like the Customer Care department to forward this feedback on to the Service Manager to make sure he was appropriately acknowledged.
Anne would like to pass on to PW Management that she has never experienced the quality of service, both as a customer and on her vehicle, as what she had received by our Ford Service Dept!
She said this visit was her first experience at our Service Department and she said that it will definitely not be her last.
Not only will she be returning regularly, but she will be referring the Dept. to anyone she knows who has a Ford!
He said Michael left him alone to look at the vehicles until he was ready to ask some questions, at which time Michael answered him honesty and professionally.
Alan said he has never before had the pleasure of dealing with such a gentleman and that more salespersons could learn from him!!
He said Michael is a real asset to Peter Warren!
Alan was going to write a letter to express the above, but since we called him he asked that we ensure his feedback is passed on to the appropriate PW Management.
He said on this recent visit he waited in the customer service lounge area while his vehicle was being serviced and whilst looking through the window into the Service Dept. he was ‘blown away’ to see that after the Technician had completed the work on his vehicle, a Quality Controller came along and reviewed the work done.
