Outstanding Mercedes Benz Service Department

George from Cecil Hills advised that he is very happy with the service received at Peter Warren Mercedes Benz.  He said visiting his Service Advisor Luke Jones and the Service Manager is like visiting family and everything runs very smoothly!

George further stated that he tells everyone to buy a Mercedes Benz from Peter Warren and to have their vehicle serviced by Luke and Mark.

Mercedes Benz Class

Paul advised that he has sent an email to Simon stating that ‘of all the Mercedes Benz vehicles he has purchased over the years, this was by far the most impressive delivery and detailed explanation he has ever received!’

He said Simon delivered the E280 CDI sedan to Canberra and had it registered prior to driving to his address and conducting ‘a very comprehensive handover’.

Paul asked if we would ensure that the Dealer Principal receives a copy of the email he sent to Simon, as well as this feedback.

Mercedes Benz class

Rob advised that he was very happy with his purchase experience and in fact he said “it was the most pleasant sales experience he has ever had!”

Rob said it was a pleasure to stand back and watch the sales staff make a fuss of his wife and the care they took to explain every feature and program her settings into the vehicle was great.  Rob said if this is an indication of the way you treat your customers it is no wonder the Company has grown to such a size over the years. 

He said he would have no hesitation is sending prospective customers to Peter Warren and he hopes when he comes back to the dealership next year to purchase his own vehicle he is treated as well.  He added that unfortunately he won’t be buying a Mercedes vehicle for himself as he treats his cars much worse than a Mercedes Benz vehicle deserves!

Peter Warren Smithfield Service Department

Anthony advised that he always receives excellent service from Peter Warren Smithfield which is why he continues to bring his vehicle from the other side of Sydney for servicing.

He said Peter Warren Smithfield is the best Ford dealer in Sydney and he is in the process of trying to convince his boss to send their whole fleet there.

Customer service at its best

Victor said when he comes in for a service he has no choice but to wait, which he has absolutely no complaints about, however on previous occasions Victor was always given the opportunity for a coffee from the coffee machine in CJD, as opposed to going to the Pavilion.

Victor said he is very pleased with this service as Dean (in E-business) offers any waiting customers a tea or coffee, which he said is a very nice touch and ‘adds to his service experience with PW’.

Victor went on to say that on the recent service visit the offer of a coffee was not available (as Dean was not in) but Brian did indicate where the Pavilion was next door and also gave him the opportunity of a lift home, on the basis that he would have to make his own way back.

Victor felt he needed to pass on these comments as he believes ‘the little things are what add to the customer service experience.’

Ken advised that he went to our website prior to making his vehicle purchase with us and he wanted you to know that he made a total of 3 enquiries to different websites (including PW) whilst looking around for his vehicle.  He said Peter Warren were the first to get back to him and he was impressed that we did within 2 hours! 

Ken said he found both Tony and Vic (F&I) to be very helpful.

He also mentioned that Maria (After-Market) was helpful but he wasn’t interested in the products she was offering.

He said Michael left him alone to look at the vehicles until he was ready to ask some questions, at which time Michael answered him honesty and professionally.

Max mentioned that he didn’t receive his first aid kit but has asked if Sid will hold on to it until customer is next in Sydney, when he will call in to collect it.

Taylor said she was “blown away by her service experience” at Peter Warren Honda!!!

She said our Café is “out of this world” and based upon her experience with us, she will be coming in to purchase her new car from our dealership.

Warwick advised that he is very happy with our Service Department!

He said on this recent visit he waited in the customer service lounge area while his vehicle was being serviced and whilst looking through the window into the Service Dept. he was ‘blown away’ to see that after the Technician had completed the work on his vehicle, a Quality Controller came along and reviewed the work done.

Warwick said he was ‘extremely impressed at how customer focussed we are’ and has already shared this story with lots of other people!!!

She appreciated his honesty and professionalism, especially after the car had been seen by 4 different service depts. and she had received 4 different explanations re the vehicle’s problem.

         Libby said Kevin is an asset to our Company and deserves to be commended!

Rey advised that he was very happy with the service received from Allira in E business and said it was due to her prompt attention that he came to PW instead of another dealer he had contacted.

Rey has also visited our Service Department and said he was very impressed with both Mark and Faiyaz.  He said although the Parramatta dealership location is closer to him, he would much rather bring his vehicle here for his service requirements.

I was contacted today by one of your friendly consultants who was enquiring about my satisfaction with a recent service that was completed on my Toyota Camry. 
 
I said that I prefer to have my car looked after by Peter Warren Automotive Services than anywhere else because I totally trust the professionalism of the staff. Also, the fact that Peter Warren has been in operation for 50 years is a primary indicator that the company provides a high quality customer service.

Michael would like to congratulate both Ricky and Stuart for an excellent job!  He said they were very professional in their dealings and ‘extremely courteous and very helpful’.

         

            Michael appreciated the long test drive that Ricky took him on as well as the bottle of champagne and glasses but said the text message received over Easter, wishing himself and his family a safe and happy Easter, just topped off the whole experience!

         

            He said he will definitely recommend PW Mercedes Benz to anyone interested in purchasing a Mercedes vehicle.
