Victor said when he comes in for a service he has no choice but to wait, which he has absolutely no complaints about, however on previous occasions Victor was always given the opportunity for a coffee from the coffee machine in CJD, as opposed to going to the Pavilion.
Victor said he is very pleased with this service as Dean (in E-business) offers any waiting customers a tea or coffee, which he said is a very nice touch and ‘adds to his service experience with PW’.
Victor went on to say that on the recent service visit the offer of a coffee was not available (as Dean was not in) but Brian did indicate where the Pavilion was next door and also gave him the opportunity of a lift home, on the basis that he would have to make his own way back.
Victor felt he needed to pass on these comments as he believes ‘the little things are what add to the customer service experience.’
